Day 25 of improving my Data Science skills

Have you ever looked at a website and thought,
"Yeah… there's no way I can pull data from this thing?"
That was me today, until I learned how to create a spider in Scrapy.

At first, it felt intimidating.
A spider? start_requests? callbacks? parse? It sounded like one of those things you're supposed to understand later.
But here's the part that clicked for me:
A Scrapy spider is really just a set of clear instructions, which tells you where to start, what to fetch, and what to do with the response.

My biggest lesson today: Don't overthink spider creation.
I used to think I needed everything perfect before running a spider.
Turns out, the better approach is:
start with one URL
fetch the page
save the HTML
then slowly explore and refine

How to get data from the web
Today reminded me that learning isn't always about fancy outputs. Sometimes it's just understanding how data moves from the web into your hands.
Moments like this remind me that growth is real, that feeling of "I can actually do this" never gets old.

Tomorrow is all about implementation, less theory, more proof that I can actually build with what I've learned.

Did I learn about other distributions under Introduction to Statistics in Python today? Yes. Sorry I am just too tired to share.

Back to building🕷️Bye !
