For the fantastic tool, Mermaid, to draw all sorts of diagrams for your software projects. But what if you want your diagrams to look a bit more... you? We set out on a quest to make Mermaid even cooler and more customizable. I took a chance to enhance this project and add more customized color to this tool
First up, we dived into the code to make styling a breeze. We added new options for colors, fonts, and stroke widths so that you can tweak your diagrams to match your style. No more settling for the default look!
Then, we tackled a common hiccup – installing 'khroma.' We smoothed out the process, making sure everything works seamlessly with TypeScript, a language many developers love.
Feeling blue? No worries! We added a splash of color customization. Now, you can pick the hues for different parts of your diagrams, giving them that personal touch.
Oh, and we didn't forget about Git hooks. If you ever faced a pesky error during a commit, we've got you covered. We shared a quick fix to keep your workflow hiccup-free.
In a nutshell, we're on a mission to make Mermaid your artistic playground. Your diagrams, your style, and all the creative freedom you need – that's the heart of our adventure. Happy diagramming!
