4K output, the 3840 x 2160 resolution gives me a lot of runway meaning I can run both an IDE and browser window with no sizing issues - Magnet helps a lot with screen placement when I need to do a little more
It has 2 HDMI outputs, so my PS4 is always connected to HDMI 2, with HDMI 1 connected to my 2019 MacBook Pro via a USB-C to HDMI cable from Anker. Worked well with my older 2015 MacBook Pro so no worries about not being able to drive it
It has a dual PIP output which could allow me to split the screen across a PS4 and a second output
Colors are crisp and clear
The price < $300 is a steal IMHO

I am currently using a Samsung 28-Inch UE570 UHD 4K Gaming Monitor (LU28E570DS/ZA) and totally love it
