I am the tech lead at a medium-sized development shop, so I am required to be a generalist to some degree. We develop most of our apps on Ruby on Rails with Angular or React front-ends when necessary, and the occasional native project will sometimes head our way. Some of my time is also devoted to scrum master/project management duties.
