Swipe Again for Swipe Again

A Cancellation Is a Conversation

A cancel click is rarely the end of a customer's thinking; it is usually the middle. They are weighing price against a busy month, a card problem they have not connected to the service, a feature they never found. A flow that treats the click as final learns nothing. A flow that asks one honest question — and offers one honest option — sometimes changes the ending, and always explains it.

The rules matter more than the offer. One screen, plainly written. The exit stays one click away, always. No countdown timers, no guilt copy, no maze. A customer kept by friction is a chargeback with a delay; a customer kept by a genuine save is a renewal.

That is the deflection half of Swipe Again: a single branded save offer inside the cancel flow, run the same way on storefront platforms like its Skio recovery — a conversation, held lightly, with the door wide open.
