I saw a LinkedIn post with a lot of folks shaming desperate job hunters for trying things like "ATS hacking" to try and get a foot in the door. It's easy to judge from afar, from atop, from the easy side.
Moved to take action! Instead of leaving a comment for those folks that would have been insta-dismissed (opposing opinions be damned /s) and disqualify me from any sort of hire-ability, I blocked the lot of them and wrote a 30 second poem instead.
