I'm building Tanexa, an India-focused personal finance platform designed to make financial calculations easier to understand.
💡 The idea behind Tanexa
Personal finance involves a lot of numbers.
Whether you're calculating a home loan EMI, planning a monthly SIP, estimating income tax, or preparing for retirement, understanding the numbers can be confusing.
I wanted to build a platform where people could explore these calculations in one place, with a clean interface and clear explanations.
That's how Tanexa started.
🛠️ What I'm building
Tanexa brings together free financial calculators and practical guides covering:
- 🏠 Home loans, EMIs, and loan planning
- 📈 SIPs, investments, and wealth-building scenarios
- 💰 Fixed deposits, savings, and retirement planning
- 🧾 Income tax, GST, and other financial calculations
- 🏡 Real estate calculations, including rental yield and property costs
The goal is to make financial calculations more accessible, transparent, and easy to explore.
⚙️ The technology behind it
I'm building Tanexa with a modern web stack:
- React
- TypeScript
- Vite
- Tailwind CSS
The focus is on a fast, responsive experience with reusable calculator logic, clear assumptions, and useful financial explanations.
🚀 What's next?
I'm continuing to improve the calculators, expand the educational content, and make the platform more useful for everyday financial planning.
There is still plenty to build, and I'm excited to keep sharing the journey.
