Today was a rare day off, and I made sure to get enough sleep. When I went out for a run in the evening, I could clearly feel my body was much lighter. Although I still couldn’t finish the run all in one go, I hit my target distance faster than before and didn’t feel particularly tired!
It’s probably because I haven’t fully paid off my sleep debt yet. Lately, sleep has been a persistent struggle in my life, and I often feel like I’m not getting enough rest. However, this year I've been making sleep a top priority, and some of the headaches I used to have have improved a lot.
No success can compare to having a healthy body. A strong body brings better focus and concentration, and with that focus, we can finally do what we want and produce meaningful results!
