Every day ends at around this time—seems like I still need to give up some things in life to get the time I want.
Having time of my own and being able to manage and plan it—that’s what real freedom is. But I think I’m still at least 5 years away from reaching that goal...
At least recently, I’ve been keeping up with my 30-minute jog three times a week (sometimes even four). For now, I’ll stick with this routine and not raise the bar too quickly—what matters most is that I can keep it up.
After all, every goal and dream starts with a healthy body!
