As long as I fall asleep early, even if I wake up in the middle of the night, I still feel energized throughout the day. I know the benefits of going to bed early, but sometimes it's hard to follow through because of work or insomnia.
Moving forward, I'm going to make some changes—if I feel exhausted after work, I’ll grab a quick bite, then immediately shower and brush my teeth to help myself wind down and fall asleep sooner. As for work, I’ll tackle it the next morning when I’m more refreshed and productive.
