Hi there. I'm a developer from Colombia, South America, with +30 years in development and IT stuff, I've seen appeared and vanished a lot of technologies. So here is my two cents: Keep your mind open, trying to learn something relevant each month (every day a little bit) so you can keep yourself updated and stay vigent/relevant in the market.
Hi dev community,
Here for schooling and look forward to bugging all of you with simplistic questions that make your mind explode.

Hi dev.to :) I'm a 34 year old .net web dev, and I've been a team lead for a little over a year now (at the same company for about 5.5 years). I was in the gov't space for a while (2003-2013) before leaving all that red tape behind and haven't looked back since. I like the philosophy of this place, so I decided to give posting a shot. I've learned some hard lessons over the years, so my goal is to help others avoid pitfalls and clear hurdles a little easier.
I love js too! Welcome Gabriel :)

Hello, I am Pavol.
I am a developer with over 10 years experience. Nowadays I work mostly with Node.js and React stack. I have also experience with JVM languages (Java & Scala)
I am here because I am following a dev.to posts on Twitter and I found it there very noisy. I decided that I will join here.
I am looking forward to all topics I have missed so far :)
Hi Guys!
Hey fellow dev people,
Old-timer (38) here! "Found" dev.to a while back and it seemed like a nice and friendly community so here I am. Not sure if I am nice and friendly myself but sometimes it is possible to change.
I see myself as a full-stack developer, however, most work has been in back-end so far. Current focus is on headless technologies such as GatsbyJS in combination with DatoCMS. Always learning!
Looking into more freelance work alongside my full-time job to fulfill some of the things I can't do at work.
Hope to somehow contribute to this community!

Hi, DEV!
Firstly, want to tell that English is not my main language (It is Java :D ), so sorry in advance. I joined You, cause you are talking about many interesting topics, which are really helpful for me.
I like Java, know how to create an application on Spring Boot. Along with it I've learned PHP development and became familiar with Laravel Framework. Liked it, really!
I think with your help I can increase my knowledge and get good experience on programming world ;)
From Uzbekistan,
with love and respect!
