Apple reject app ( 3.2 bussiness )

Hi everyone, our iOS app got rejected by Apple under Guideline 3.2 (Business). Even though we added public features like news, hiring, and event registration (open to all users), Apple still considers it “internal use only”. Did anyone face this before? How did you solve it?
