What Apprenticeship Means to Me

An apprenticeship to me is about community. I imagine an apprenticeship has skilled mentors guiding others who want to join that field. Apprenticeships, in my opinion, are the perfect bridge for individuals who have technical knowledge but need a smooth path to the workforce. It is a way to form long-lasting bonds with peers and teachers and inspires apprentices to become mentors themselves in the future.

I plan to make the most of my time in Build Carolina’s apprenticeship. While aiming to improve my hard skills, I also intend to make a serious effort in enhancing my soft skills as well. Specifically, I want to reach a point where I am confident in sharing my ideas and am surer of my abilities. I aspire to become a well-rounded individual who is adept in both technology and business. I am eager to see what my growth will look like six months from now!

Since I am new to blogging, a feature that I am looking for is a simple yet modern interface. I would like for the blog platform to give me the freedom to be creative and add my own flair. I desire a platform that others trust and are fond of. DEV fulfills all of the aforementioned requirements, which is why I decided to use it as my platform of choice.
