I think there's a lot of benefit as you expand the technical content that is available in Spanish, and yes english is the default, mostly because those are its roots, but who says there shouldn't be space for other languages? which can lend itself to writing diff software, perhaps even engineering solutions a little differently (cause we know language is much more than the words we use).
I disagree with most of these comments that it should be "english first"because that's most of the content that's out there and how it's always been - neither are good reasons. I saw your comment that you decided to focus on Spanish but maybe adding a note or two in English would be nice, if that's still in the back of your mind
