Get UUID from iOS devices

An easy way to get a UUID from your iPhone device (or other iOS device) is using the xcrun CLI.

Just connect your device with a data USB cable, when the device asks you to trust on connected device click "Yes".
Now on your Mac open the terminal and type:



xcrun xctrace list devices


Enter fullscreen mode Exit fullscreen mode

Returned devices
