Order statuses look simple until one gets stuck. Here is what each one usually means.
Pending: the order is received and waiting to start. Processing or in progress: delivery has begun. Completed: the full quantity was delivered. Partial: only part of the quantity was delivered and the rest was refunded. Canceled: the order was stopped and refunded.
If an order sits in pending for much longer than the service description says, check the service's start time first, then open a ticket with the order id.
