All around the world COVID-19 has really had to make companies adjust to how the day to day work happened. In a tech industry most of us had the ability to work remotely effectively. A lot of companies did not have remote work before and really valued the in person interaction that came with being in an office.
How has your company adjusted to this? With some places reopening has your company come up with a plan for that reopening? Are they now pivoting with what work looks like in the future? I'd love to hear what different places are doing.
