NMN, NAD+ and Resveratrol: What the Latest Research Actually Says
The longevity supplement market is projected to reach $44 billion by 2030. Three compounds dominate the conversation: NMN (Nicotinamide Mononucleotide), NAD+ (Nicotinamide Adenine Dinucleotide), and Resveratrol.
But what does the actual research say? Let us cut through the marketing and examine the peer-reviewed evidence — human trials, animal studies, and mechanistic data.
NAD+: The Molecule at the Center

NAD+ is a coenzyme found in every living cell. It is essential for:
