Everyone knows someone with anxiety — be social anxiety, or the one that almost everyone has, phone anxiety. This type of anxiety is called telephobia.
In a study done by Face for Business UK, at least 76% of millennials and 40% of baby boomers have a fear of talking on the phone. Our product helps those who are anxious on the phone make those fear-enduing calls without actually having to talk to anyone.
We're not just helping people that are anxious, but we're also helping people who are unable to speak on the phone due to physical disabilities. We're helping people with disabilities talk over the phone to book appointments, book tables at a restaurant and more — all using artifical intelligence.
