Your Role
Under the guidance of a Senior Designer, you will:
Collaborate with Designers and Engineers to produce high-quality drawings for a variety of projects from concept through construction documentation.
Prepare plans, sections, and detailed drawings according to drafting standards.
Coordinate with multidisciplinary design teams, clients, and equipment suppliers.
Provide direction to Technicians, review work quality, and assist with training.
Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and internal team members while contributing to design decisions within your area of expertise.
Develop increasing proficiency and technical understanding of design software.
Take on progressively complex design tasks with a commitment to continuous learning, technical development, and excellent client service.
Qualifications
Your resume should include:
Certificate in Construction-related Design/Drafting or higher qualification.
Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience.
Compensation & Benefits
Starting Hourly Range: $30.00 — $39.00
Compensation will be determined based on factors including market conditions, geographic location, experience, and specialized skills.
