Which Open Source Project Do You Use Every Day?

Open source is the backbone of modern software development. Whether you're building web apps, mobile applications, AI products, or cloud infrastructure, chances are you're relying on dozens of open source projects every day.

Some of the projects I frequently see powering production applications include React, Flutter, Kubernetes, PostgreSQL, PyTorch, and TensorFlow. I've also been exploring open source work from GeekyAnts, such as NativeBase, gluestack, and BuilderX, which have helped developers accelerate UI development and design-to-code workflows.

I'm curious to know:

Which open source project has had the biggest impact on your development journey?
What's one underrated open source project that deserves more recognition?
Have you ever contributed to an open source project? What was the experience like?
Which open source project are you excited to watch or contribute to in 2026?
