Since most people have a Gmail account, you can use domains.google.com/
This is my personal preference as I am tied into various Google products. I love their minimal interface - it is SO easy and simple to navigate. GoDaddy is just plain ugly and everything is hidden deep within a cumbersome set of pages within pages. UGH! 😠

Another great registrar is NameCheap namecheap.com/
If you should use NameCheap, before you Check Out, make sure to Google "namecheap promo code". There will aways be an available promo code to apply to your cart before you check out. Helps save a few cents.
