Any CMS not based on a headless CMS or the equivalent is dead technology to me.. :D

These lists would be great as a Github repo btw! :)

Yeah, I hear the various CMS arguments a lot. For me it's simple:

  • Can you publish fast?
  • Can you produce the code and speed you want?
  • What does it cost to add features?

And yes, a GitHub repo would be good.

Yeah those would be the most important criteria.

I value being able to ditch the CMS for another at some point very highly.
So any feature that makes that easier is a + in that regard. :)

Hence why i specifically mentioned having a headless foundation.

Yeah, I rate plugin/traffic support, easy to find devs as high.

Most CMS are easy to export data, it's rarely an issue.

Setup takes moments, transferring is quick. It's the publishing and updating that count for thousands of hours and where most sites fail so this tends to be my focus (I am tech agnostic).
