When I use Google EG to search for anything, I get suspicious results from an unknown website called: martocabeachgarden.com, it steals actual results and redirects it to an unknown software website.
For example when I search for "وظائف الطب" or in English "Medical Jobs", here is the results URL: goo.gl/Vcw2rd
The malicious site redirect all of the 2nd-page results as shown in this image: image.ibb.co/mYH1AA/suspcious-site...
Is this for me only?
Is it an actual bug?
If yes, how Google let that happen?
