Please Help me with this weird issue.

I am facing this issue where inline svg is not rendering in wordpress admin panel.
It is only happening in the admin panel.

Tried solutions:
every svg have the height and width set, tried setting is manually but no difference.

Notes:
Wordpress is deployed to ec2 in docker and is being routed through apache2 server.
