Spotter scans your playbooks, identifies potential issues, recommends how to improve them to avoid unwanted results, helps you understand what happens when you run them to detect potential problems before they are executed, and offers the chance to automatically apply fixes to your playbooks.
The tool is especially useful for simplifying Ansible upgrading process. You can use it to check if your playbooks are compatible with the latest Ansible version, see the issues they might cause, and receive advice on what to do to prevent downtime and facilitate your migrations across different versions.
