Not long ago LinkedIn added a feature that allows adding a frame to your profile picture, letting everyone know if your are #hiring or #opentowork.
Now, you can create your own custom frames, adding a little more character to your LinkedIn profile.
Use the image offset and to center your image (and create your cubic frame)

You have full control over color (text and frame) and font-size.
Have fun!

Since LinkedIn only offers two frames, I made a tool using which you can create custom frames with the color and text you like other than the classic #opentowork and #hiring. I feel it is easier to use than the one above.

Please give it a try and let me know what you think!
