The First 30 mins of an incident is still manual. I usually end up jumping across Kubernetes, logs, deployment history, and cloud dashboards, trying to reconstruct what actually happened. The work isn’t in accessing data — it’s in correlating it. That logic isn’t captured anywhere. It lives in people.
I wanted to see if this step could be automated.
So we built Incident Responder inside Facets.
When an alert fires, it starts the investigation automatically. It pulls context across systems, reconstructs the sequence of events, identifies the likely root cause, and suggests next steps. The result is posted directly in the incident thread.
The goal is simple: don’t start every incident from zero.
