I built an enterprise-grade microservices platform for making toast

April Fools Challenge Submission ☕️🤡

What I Built
ToastOps Enterprise v4.2.1 — a fully instrumented, SOC2-certified, HIPAA-compliant distributed systems dashboard for the single operational task of making toast.

Features a live Kanban board tracking toast tickets through BREAD_QUEUED → INSERTING → TOASTING → EJECT_PENDING → BUTTER_PHASE → CONSUMED, real-time service topology for toaster-svc, butter-svc, and plate-svc, SLA monitoring with P99 latency targets, a cost analysis showing observability costs are 8,000x the actual toast cost, live log streaming, and a full incident postmortem system for burn events.

Prize Category
Community Favorite — because nothing says "I have too much time and not enough toast" like filing a P0 incident every time bread gets too dark.
