What do you think about the open source condition in 2025?

I want to conduct deeper research about the condition of open source projects in the past years to confirm/refute my hypothesis.

While statistical analysis is very useful, I would like to ask developers/community first what you think about open source right now (for the year 2025). Things like project sustainability, licensing trends, or how the big projects are evolving?
