Small salons do not need a heavy SaaS checkout stack.

They need three things that actually stick:

  1. Find a customer by name in seconds
  2. Deduct a visit or top up a card right after the cut
  3. See tonight’s real cash vs bonus credit in one place

Notebooks break when two people write on the same page. WeChat / Alipay history proves money moved — it does not tell you whose card still has balance.

I shipped a tiny Android app for that job.

  • Data stays on the phone (no account signup)
  • Search → balance → deduct / recharge
  • “Today’s business” summary for closing the shop
  • Works offline

Here is a short Chinese-subtitled walkthrough (about 17 seconds):

APK installs without an account. Use it for a while; if it fits the chair, keep going. Pricing for a continued license is listed inside the app.

Who it is (and is not) for

Good fit: one-chair / couple-run shops that want a simple on-device ledger.

Not a fit: multi-store chains that need HQ reports and shared cloud inventory — pick a real salon SaaS for that.

Feedback welcome

If you run (or build for) tiny local service shops, I would love notes on what still hurts after a week of use — search, deduct flow, backup, or closing summary.

Thanks for watching the clip.
