I’ve wanted to build something like this for years.
There are already tools such as Slidev and OpenSlide, and Claude Design can generate slides too. They may all work well, but I was never completely satisfied—so, as AI coding tools became more capable, I decided to try again and see how far AI could take the implementation.
A rough version took one or two days. I then spent a week of evenings fixing the obvious problems and bugs.
It’s called Drever, and it’s still early. Feedback is very welcome.
Here is a generated motion demo. To be transparent, it went through many rounds of adjustment—the one-shot result is not this good yet.
