I created this project and article for the purpose of entering the All Things Agentic Hackathon organized by Google and Devpost.

Discovering government grants and subsidies is broken. Most AI chatbots hallucinate legal criteria. We built an autonomous opportunity intelligence agent using Google ADK, Gemini 3.5, and a Deterministic AST Rule Engine to verify and qualify public schemes with 0% hallucination.
