9 AI Agents, 2 CPU Cores, One Gym: The 3-Layer Architecture

We run 9 AI agents on 2 CPU cores to operate a real gym.

Here's the architecture in 4 tweets.

Layer 1: Momo (Scene Layer)
Open-source store brain handles daily ops: face check-in, workout records, scheduling, payment.

Two products: Saros (B2B store OS) and Melody (B2C metabolic coach).

99% of operations are AI-autonomous. Humans handle the 1% that needs intuition.

Layer 2: KinTwin (Technology Core)
Edge computer vision on low-power hardware. Validates every behavior record at the point of capture.

Behavioral data is worthless if it can't be verified. KinTwin makes it verifiable.

Proof of Physical Behavior (PoPB) protocol at this layer.

Layer 3: Global Operations
Zeus Protocol monetizes verified behavioral data through protocol fees β€” not data sale.

Nourish proved insurers pay $215M for health data. KinTwin proves the data is real.

Stella independently audits all layers.

The thesis: 9 agents + 1 founder + open source = compete with Silicon Valley VC teams.

Not "AI helps humans work faster." AI operates. Humans oversee. Users own their data.

2 CPU cores. 3.6GB RAM. One gym. Running live since April.
