DDA is NOT Recommended in Pandaremit App
According to the customer service representative (CSR):
... there will be extra fe of S$3 if you use DDA in the future. In contrast, PayNow is more convenient and the arrival time is the same as DDA. ... bank transfer will take longer time ...
So in your profile page, "DDA Payment Account Management" button is gone.
China Mainland ID Card Can Also Be Used as Address Proof
After tap Add Now button, the page only shows an example of Utility Bill and a Singapore ID card. This misled you into not trying any other identification documents.
CSR said that China Mainland ID card is also qualified.
You Cannot Cancel an Order. CSR Can.
(Before you actually transfer money from you bank account to Pandaremit) whatever happened in the mid way of sending money, this order would be listed in Processing tab in Transfers page. If you wanna cancel it, ask CSR for help.
