The extension I had installed in my browser has disappeared. How can I restore it?

In Windows 11,

when I launch Microsoft Edge, YouTube, X, or Instagram,

I get logged out of all of them even though I was previously logged in.

The extensions I had installed in my browser have disappeared. How can I restore them?

What is causing this issue?
