Okay, so let’s dive right into this madness.
Ever since OpenAI dropped their latest GPT-4o update featuring Native ImageGen, the internet’s been going absolutely bananas again. It’s like November 30, 2022, all over again — remember when ChatGPT burst onto the scene as a free research preview based on GPT-3.5? Yeah, that level of hype.
Honestly, I can’t stop doomscrolling through my X feed (formerly Twitter). It’s flooded with Studio Ghibli-style art everywhere. (PS: LinkedIn peeps are still napping, but trust me, they’ll wake up and flood your feed by next week, lmao).
Folks are literally taking memes and giving them the full Studio Ghibli treatment, while others are reimagining entire films as if Hayao Miyazaki himself was behind the camera.
Wild and awesome stuff, right?
This is seriously the most fun I’ve had with AI in ages. I’ve experimented with various styles myself, and here’s the deal: “We’re now only limited by our imagination — nothing else.” (PS: I’ll drop a few fire examples below so you can check them out.)
