Norah Labs Live Build is a free monthly online session where a real software problem gets solved live, in two hours, with an AI coding agent. The first one is on Saturday, November 21, 2026, from 8:00 to 10:00 PM GMT+8 (12:00 to 14:00 UTC), on Google Meet. It is hosted by Amariah Abishai, Founder, NorahLabs. You can build along and open a pull request, or just watch. Registration is on Luma.
What happens in a session
Each session takes one real problem and works through it in the open. The work follows the same loop every time:
- Plan. Break the problem down and decide what to build first.
- Build. Write the code with an AI coding agent, step by step.
- Test. Run it and see what actually happens.
- Refine. Fix what broke, improve what works, and go round again.
The point is to show the thinking, out loud. You see how a problem is split up, what gets asked of the AI, and what happens when something doesn't work the first time.
Who it's for
Developers and students who already use AI to write code and want to see a full loop on a real problem, from the first plan to working, tested code. It also suits anyone who is curious how an engineer works with an AI agent day to day: what gets planned before any code is written, and how the agent's output is checked. You don't need any setup to watch.

Build along, or just watch
Both are fine. If you want to build along, there is a starter task you can pick up during the session and finish with a pull request. If you would rather watch, join the call and follow along.
To build along, a free Atlarix account is the suggested setup. It works in the desktop app, the CLI and the editor extension for VS Code, Cursor, Kiro and Windsurf. Free Atlarix Auto runs with no API key, and you can use your own key or a local model instead. Getting started walks through the install, and pricing shows what the free account includes.
Recorded for short clips
The session is recorded, and short highlight clips are cut from it afterwards.
