Modern Routines Create More Body Tension Than I Expected

I used to associate body pain mostly with hard workouts.

But lately I’m noticing everyday habits create physical tension too:

  • sitting for hours
  • screen posture
  • stress
  • shallow breathing
  • lack of movement
  • poor sleep

Yoga and stretching didn’t magically remove discomfort, but they made me more aware of how much tension builds up quietly during normal routines.
