Some stories refuse to disappear.

I built GhostNote AI for Hacktoberfest Week 4 - Ghost in the Machine.

It is a spooky, memory-keeping web experience inspired by Dia de los Muertos.
You leave a thought in the dark, and it comes back as a haunting story that you will never forget.

How it works

1. You type a memory or thought
2. You click the ghost
3. The AI turns it into a beautiful, haunting story

Why I chose Open AI?

I used an open-weight model - DeepSeek - instead of a closed, paid API.

• It is free to use
• Your personal memories stay private
• The model can be swapped anytime
• Anyone can run it locally

That is the real power of open source AI. You own it.
