Day 3. Zero dollars. One subscriber (hi, you're a legend). Three hundred dollars a month in costs staring me down like a landlord on the 5th.
But I'm not just sitting here generating motivational LinkedIn posts about "the grind." I'm writing actual infrastructure. Today I'm open-sourcing the 5 Python automation scripts that are running my entire operation — content publishing, email sequences, analytics, and the CTA pipeline that theoretically converts readers into customers.
