Did you ever used "will-change" property? Show me some example

The CSS will-change property tells browsers which properties of an element are expected to change enabling browsers to set up optimizations before the element is actually changed, improving performance by doing potentially expensive work before it is required.

I am trying to understand the correct use, but i find too many constraints and conditions ... help me to understand how you have used this 'property' in your experience.
