Runner H Made Me an Idea Machine – Here's How

This is a submission for the Runner H "AI Agent Prompting" Challenge

🧠 Idea Validator Agent – AI Co-Founder for Startup Validation πŸš€

πŸ’‘ What I Built

I built an autonomous AI co-founder that validates startup ideas end-to-end. When I paste a prompt containing my startup idea doc and a destination pitch file, this Runner H workflow:

βœ… Extracts the core idea

πŸ” Researches similar products in the market

πŸ“Š Estimates market size

🧠 Suggests improvements

πŸ“ Writes a 1-page pitch deck

πŸ“§ Sends an email summary and marks it as important

This workflow eliminates the guesswork in early-stage idea vetting and helps creators move faster from raw ideas to investor-ready concepts.

βš™οΈ How I Used Runner H

Runner H allows me to delegate full multi-step workflows from a single prompt. Here's what the prompt looks like:

> You are my **AI co-founder and startup validation assistant**.
> Your mission is to analyze my business idea, perform market and competitor research, suggest improvements, and generate an investor-ready pitch.
> You have access to the following tools (with my permissions):
> - **Google Docs** (read/write access)
> - **Email** (send access)
> - **Search engine** (via built-in web browsing)

---

**User Email:** [Your email address]
**Idea Document (to read):**
[Your Idea Google Doc link]

---

## 3. Step 2 – Research Competition & Market

  Include the following sections:

🌍 Use Case & Impact

This workflow helps:

πŸš€ Founders & solopreneurs validate startup ideas in under 5 minutes

πŸ“‹ Product managers vet internal product pitches with ease

πŸ’Ό Investors & accelerators automate due diligence for early-stage ideas

It replaces scattered research, incomplete validation, and blank-pitch-deck syndrome with a focused, repeatable agent-driven process β€” so I can focus on higher-level thinking.

πŸ”§ How It Transforms Workflows

Traditional startup idea validation is slow, manual, and inconsistent. Here's how this Runner H agent improves it:

⚑ Speed – Reduces a 2–3 hour task to under 5 minutes

πŸ“š Research-backed – Automatically pulls insights from ProductHunt, Crunchbase, and Google

🧠 Intelligent Suggestions – Offers actionable pivots and improvements based on competitive gaps

πŸ“„ Ready-to-send pitch – Generates investor-style documentation without writer’s block

πŸ“¬ Follow-up automation – Emails the summary with proper formatting and links

πŸ” Repeatable – You can run the same prompt for dozens of ideas, and each result is customized

This isn’t just automation β€” it’s startup intelligence on autopilot.
