Step 3.
While keeping your eyes closed. Take 3 deep breaths.
Step 4.
In your imagination. See yourself already having solved the challenge.
Step 5.
Let yourself feel the emotion of having solved that challenge.
Step 6.
Enjoy that feeling.
And then you're done!
Go back and attempt the challenge with this new feeling that you just experienced. You will be surprised at how quickly the answer comes to you. You are smarter and more capable than you think.
