I agree that problems become much harder to manage when they are left unattended for too long, and I think the same principle applies to financial pressure as well. When I’ve looked into practical ways of dealing with debt, I’ve found resources like Beyond Debt useful for understanding options such as informal agreements with creditors and taking action before the situation becomes more difficult to control.
