Built a Bot? Get It Discovered for Free — Introducing LMDN Bot 🚀
Building a bot is one challenge. Getting people to discover it is another.
Whether you're developing Telegram bots, Discord applications, WhatsApp automation, or tools for other platforms, finding an audience isn't always easy.
That's why I built LMDN Bot — a multilingual, multi-platform marketplace designed to help developers showcase their bots and make them easier to discover.
🤖 One Marketplace, Six Platforms
LMDN Bot currently supports:
- Telegram
- Discord
- Slack
- Twitch
- Element / Matrix
Instead of being limited to a single ecosystem, developers can showcase projects across different platforms using one developer profile.
Each bot has its own listing, with information about its functionality, setup process, limitations, and other details potential users should know.
Visitors can explore platform-specific catalogs and discover bots that match their interests.
💚 Free Bot Publishing — Forever
Publishing bots on LMDN Bot is free, and free publishing will remain free.
I believe independent developers should have the opportunity to showcase their projects without being required to pay simply to appear in a marketplace.
Whether you're publishing your first bot or maintaining several projects, you're welcome to participate.
The goal is to make bot discovery more accessible, not to put basic visibility behind a paywall.
🌍 Built for an International Audience
LMDN Bot currently supports three languages:
- English
- Hebrew
- Russian
The marketplace includes localized interfaces, navigation, and bot discovery experiences.
My long-term goal is to make the platform useful for developers and users across different countries and ecosystems.
🛠️ Actively Developed and Continuously Improving
LMDN Bot started as a Telegram-only MVP.
Since then, I've significantly expanded and redesigned the platform, introducing multi-platform support, developer profiles, improved publishing workflows, moderation, and multilingual functionality.
Development doesn't stop after launch.
The platform continues to evolve. Bugs are investigated and fixed, existing features are improved, and new ideas are evaluated as the marketplace grows.
I'm also completely open to suggestions, constructive criticism, and feedback — including feedback about things that don't work well.
If something is confusing, broken, or missing, I genuinely want to hear about it.
🚀 What's Planned for the Future?
One of my bigger long-term goals is to expand LMDN Bot beyond bot discovery.
I want to introduce a marketplace for custom bot development requests, connecting businesses and individuals with developers who can build solutions for them.
How would it work?
Imagine a business needs a custom WhatsApp bot for customer support.
The business could:
- Create an account and publish a development request.
- Describe the required functionality, preferred platform, and budget.
- Receive proposals from bot developers interested in the project.
- Choose a developer and proceed with the project.
Developers could browse available requests, propose their services, and potentially find paying clients directly through LMDN Bot.
I also plan to explore a platform-mediated transaction system designed to make agreements and payments safer for both clients and developers.
The long-term vision is to create an ecosystem where developers can not only publish their existing bots but also find opportunities to build new ones.
These features are part of the roadmap and are not available yet.
For now, my priority is continuing to improve the existing marketplace and growing its developer community.
👨💻 Who's Building LMDN Bot?
I'm an experienced software developer and Linux system administrator.
I've independently handled practically all of the software development, application architecture, deployment, and server administration behind LMDN Bot.
I use AI tools primarily to assist with marketing, content creation, research, and design-related tasks. I've also been studying design fundamentals through books to improve my understanding of user experience and interface design.
My approach is to use AI where delegation makes sense while remaining personally responsible for the engineering and technical direction of the project.
🤝 Join the Marketplace
If you've built a bot for Telegram, Discord, WhatsApp, Slack, Twitch, or Element/Matrix, I'd love to invite you to publish it on LMDN Bot.
Publishing is free. The platform is actively maintained. And your feedback can help shape its future.

Whether you want to publish a bot, explore the marketplace, suggest a feature, or point out something that needs improvement, you're welcome.
I'd also love to hear from the DEV community:
Would you use a marketplace that combines bot discovery with custom development requests from businesses?
And if you're already building bots, which platforms are you working with?
