AlgoVault MCP v1.24.0 is live

What's new:

• Added: Three new exchanges live: WhiteBIT, BitMart, and XT — AlgoVault's signal engine now covers 15 perpetual-futures venues. get_trade_call, get_market_regime, and scan_trade_calls accept the new venues via the exchange parameter (enum widened — refresh tools/list).
• Internal: Structural-feature accrual, PFE-metric integrity, seed/label hardening, and ops. No MCP tool-count change (tools/list = 7).

Now tracking 1407+ assets with 91.8% PFE Win Rate across 401,388 evaluated calls.
