Last time was having a meeting with my brother in messenger video call, we were discussing an application that we are building , for a moment he needed to share his screen to show me a piece of code in the app , I asked him to use messenger new screen share option which require a chrome extension to do so , but unfortunately he was using opera browser , right then we had a small argument about using chrome as been a developer from not using it , so just wanna guys hear your thoughts about that .

I fear it will in the coming years but now Firefox is perfectly fine. You still need to have it around but you can use other browsers to navigate.
Opera is based on Chromium though, so I think the problem here was just related to extensions, not capabilities
