I don't understand the question.
You're comparing a javascript runtime to a python web framework, which doesn't make a lot of sense. You could build the functionality of Django in javascript and run it with node.js.
In other words, will you choose MERN stack or python tools (django here)..
Ah, in that case I'd choose Django. I am much more familiar with Django.
Node.js is good due it's vast scalability
Django has lot more to offer but limited to flexibility and customisation
I'm In Love with Python That's why I Choose Django but Node is also good, so you should choose what you like,
If you like JavaScript choose node.js
If you like Python choose Django
