Responsible for everything from backend services to mobile apps, we embraced full dev-ops, managing all our infrastructure. Our existing alert systems via email and SMS weren't cutting it, causing chaos and stress. Slack conversations only added to the mess.
We needed a better solution, so we built our own tool with dedicated channels, instant feedback, and smart escalation policies.
